- I'm a woman who is on a mission to educuate people about ALS. 15 cases diagnosed a day in the US. There is no cure and most die between 2-5yrs. Ask me about ALS? I have lived w/ALS for 19yrs and found love 6yrs ago after 13yrs as a single mom. Now I have my 4yr old grandson and love to keep me going. I am not ALS it's just a part of who I am. It has been a blessing to have been given time to cut through the crap and see the beauty in life.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Tammy. Pollock Pines is a nice place, not to far from me at all. I hope you like the snow, you will get a little in that erea. sometimes over a foot! Best of luck with your move, may it go smoothly. Parhaps I can help you in some ways some day, I clean homes and many other things, love to help peaple, I am up there every week! I haven't been on the computer in a few days. I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved Manny. I'm happy he was able to bring you so much comfort and love and companionship throughout the years. May he rest peacefully.

Tammy - glad to hear you're doing well. I hadn't seen some of your comments on the blogs we both visit and I was worried about you. Now that I see you're doing NaNoWriMo - I know excactly why you've been AWOL from the blogs! :) Hope it's going well - good for you for taking on the challenge! Blessings to you and yours . . . and deepest sympahties for your recent loss.
My NaNoWriMo seems to have gone to pot. Nevertheless. I am not bummed, I have 15,000 words, that's not bad. I haven't been a diligent worker this time around. Last time I got to 40,000 before I ran out of steam. But I am SO VERY PROUD of you, tammy, and I am thankful for your support and encouragement and your friendship, most of all!
